Hi loves,
I’ll be going live
🌀This Sunday July 20th
🌟12noon (recording will be available)
to talk about something very close to my heart: boundaries with our children and within our families.
I myself struggled with them for quite while as I was still in process of healing little Ema.
I was scared to say no and put limits where they need to be placed, and had to learn it from new as I was not allowed to have my own boundaries as a child. Often I would find myself tired, uninspired and angry.
But you know what?
When we place boundaries in a healthy loving way we:
*regain our strength and vitality
*connect better with our kids
*have more time for clarity and relaxing time
*life is peaceful
Lets not let our wounded sleves ruin the magic that parenting is.
Our kids are watching and when we set loving limits they will be able to do that for themselves in future within their relationships.
I’ll be sharing some of my own story — the places where I’ve struggled, the moments that woke me up, and what I’m learning along the way. We’ll look at how our own background and the ways we were parented can shape how we hold (or don’t hold) boundaries.
And how the absence of clear, loving boundaries can quietly build up into fatigue, resentment, and stress — especially when we’re pouring ourselves into our children, our homes, our relationships.
This won’t be about doing it “right.” It’s about getting honest, being gentle, and learning to notice what’s ours and what we’re carrying for others.
I’d love to have you there. Come as you are — messy hair, mug of cold matcha, questions, whatever’s real.
More details on the date and time soon 💛
Sending warm hugs until then,
Ema
